# WILLAMETTE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM: Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors 2001 ## February 26, 2001 As a quorum was reached the meeting was called to order at 7:15. The minutes were read and approved of Annual 2000 meeting. A letter was read by Emmy Lou Lloyd, written by Mr. Douglas Cochrane. New people spoke about themselves to help get acquainted. Budget papers were handed out. 2001 Budget reviewed. Carol explained the Balance Sheet, item by item. ### New business: Talked about 55 plus Carpet Parking Smoking in Common Areas Elevator Everyone was in accord that all work necessary be done now. Not part now and rest in 2002. Douglas Cochrane & Joanne Gulsvig volunteered to be new board members along with Marge Catha and Carol McCarthy. ### Meeting adjourned at 8:45.
